You can add additional languages for €6.99/month per language.

Yes, absolutely. During the initial setup, we customize the assistant with your hotel's specific information: rates, services, policies, hours, and any other relevant information. You can also update simple content directly from the dashboard.

If the assistant encounters a query that requires human intervention, it will automatically transfer the call to a member of your staff. This ensures that no important question goes unanswered.

Initial setup typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business. This includes customizing the assistant, integrating with your systems, and testing to ensure everything works perfectly.

Assistant minutes cover the time the AI spends talking with customers. For example, the Basic plan includes 70 minutes of conversation with the assistant. Additional minutes are billed at reduced rates according to your plan.

Transfer minutes cover the time when the assistant transfers a call to your staff. This is billed separately at €0.05/min to ensure you only pay for the transfers you actually need.

Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time. Changes will be applied in your next billing cycle.
