What's included in your assistant's maintenance

Your assistant doesn't stay frozen on day one. We keep it up to date and give you tools to adapt the information as your business changes.

Flexible Content Management

Keep your information up to date at all times. Make quick edits to hours, prices, or FAQs directly through your dashboard, or let our team handle the updates for you. Everything is included.

Support for small tweaks

If you'd rather we apply minor content changes for you, we can handle them at no extra cost as long as they remain reasonable in scope.

Bigger flow & logic changes

When you need new conversation flows, special routing rules, extra integrations or more complex logic, we treat that as custom work and quote it separately.

Turnaround time

Content changes are usually applied within 1–3 business days; larger flow changes are scheduled with you based on scope.

In short: day-to-day changes (hours, prices, texts) are covered and/or can be done by your own team through the dashboard. When you need something more advanced —a new flow, special logic— we can do it as a separate customisation service.
